Welcome to Joseph NP Nursing Inc. DBA Dolce Derm Aesthetics & Wellness Nursing Inc. ("Dolce Derm," "we," "our," or "us"). By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. General Information
Dolce Derm provides aesthetic and wellness treatments, including but not limited to Botox (neurotoxins), dermal fillers, PDO thread lifts, PRP/PRF injections, B-12 injections, IV therapy, Ultherapy, and RF microneedling. All services are performed by licensed healthcare professionals using FDA-approved products.
2. Eligibility & Medical Considerations
- Clients must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent for certain treatments.
- You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or prior cosmetic procedures during your consultation.
- Treatments may not be suitable for everyone, and Dolce Derm reserves the right to decline service if deemed medically inappropriate.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
- A deposit may be required to secure an appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to future services if rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
- Late arrivals (10+ minutes) may result in appointment rescheduling or shortened service time.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or a cancellation fee.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
- All payments are due at the time of service. Dolce Derm accepts cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
- All sales are final. Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, refunds will not be issued once a service has been rendered.
- In the rare event of a treatment-related complication, Dolce Derm will assess the situation and provide appropriate follow-up care at no additional cost.
5. Results & Expectations
- Individual results vary based on factors such as skin type, medical history, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
- Dolce Derm does not guarantee specific results and is not responsible for unmet expectations.
- Additional treatments may be required to achieve desired results.
6. Risks & Liability
- All procedures carry potential risks, including swelling, bruising, discomfort, allergic reactions, or more serious complications.
- By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
- Dolce Derm and its providers are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from failure to disclose medical history, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or treatments performed by other providers outside our practice.
7. Privacy & Confidentiality
- We value your privacy. All personal and medical information shared with Dolce Derm is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law.
- Our website may collect limited data for appointment booking and marketing purposes.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Joseph NP Nursing Inc. DBA Dolce Derm Aesthetics & Wellness Nursing Inc. reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
